STANDARD SHIPPING:
NOTE: We do not provide shipping to P.O Box address
Our standard shipping method is UPS 3 Day Select for North America and USPS for
international shipments. Orders ship Monday through Friday; orders received prior to 12:00 pm
pacific standard time will be shipped the same business day.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION:
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated by UPS based on the number of items
and weight of your shipment. Ground service is normally 3- 10 business days. Expedited 3 day
service is normally 3 business days. Business days don't include weekends or holidays. Items
normally ship from the warehouse in 1 business day. PayPAL sometimes holds orders for
credit check which may slow shipping. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all
orders placed. All shipping charges include a $10.00 base per shipment cost . If your order
must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in
stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be
assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and

Tax Information:
Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from
Associated Software Sales through the PayPal.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in
the ordering process. Items ordered from Associated Software Sales may be subject to tax in
certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales
tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of
each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other
service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in
connection with items ordered from Associated Software Sales through the PayPal.com Site,
the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that
will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will
appear in your order confirmation notification.
